ESP01-F Sketch Example

Can someone help with an example sketch for a ESP01-F  (must be the F version) so I can learn about the set up etc.  A ESP01-F together with a motor driver board.  1/2 amp motor.  Variable speed and direction buttons.  Recommended APP for Android?
